Pet Policy

• Two pets per apartment with the maximum combined adult weight of 75lbs
• $350 non-refundable pet fee for the first pet and $150 non-refundable pet fee for the second pet due on or before move in
• $35 monthly pet rent per pet
• We participate in the Poo Prints program. All dogs will be required to provide a DNA cheek swab sample.
  **Dog breed restrictions apply. (No Pit bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Chows, or mixes of these breeds are allowed.)
